A periodic quality check can tell you whether the product is in spec at that moment. It can't tell you everything that happened since the last measurement.

The system supports a maximum pitch of 0.65 in / 16.5 mm and combines dimensional measurement with AI-based machine vision inspection and visualization.

An integrated display gives operators access to live measurements, alarms and trends directly at the line. Integrated Power over Ethernet and a simplified architecture help reduce unnecessary hardware, wiring and installation complexity.
The system can operate as a standalone measurement solution, while also connecting measurement data with broader production environments when integration is required.
