Machine vision beyond measurement.
EMVS stands for Environmental Machine Vision System. It extends machine vision beyond dimensional measurement by monitoring the cable, reels and selected conditions around the production line.
Cameras continuously observe defined areas while vision and AI analyze live images against expected conditions. This gives operators greater visibility into abnormalities while production is still running.
CMVS provides dimensional measurement of the cable itself. EMVS expands that visibility to product condition, reel status and the surrounding production environment.
